Useless Generation and What?

Last time, i had long convo with a friend. He offered a topic about technology would replace some professions. it's already starting tho. Long time ago, people work in a big factory, but we knew a revolution happened in France, replaced most of workers with machines. But i dont think people should be afraid too much on that changes, because when some profession are replaced with AI, there would come another new professions. For example, long time ago, we had no such called influencer, we were looking information about products from ads which also created by the company of the product. Now that there are too many products in the market, people get confuse which product suits their needs and wants, so there's an influencers to give them information about the products. Long time ago, we came to buy meals. Now, because we got lot of things to do, but our time are limited, there's a profession to serve a delivery service. Now that everything are based online, there are too many information we can find in internet, we need an expert to serve us trusted information based on our needs and wants, so that is how data scientists are born.

And about our generation (or a generation after me) that older generation pictured as useless generation. They may right, but not totally right. Yes, we lack of some skills, but also gain another skills they don't even aware about. Some of us think that drawing isn't necessary skills, but nowadays, it is one of skills that companies are looking for, and you can earn lot of money with that kind of skills. You know, long time ago, writing is not necessary either. People didn't really need to write, because at that time they collect information by interacting directly. They depend on their memorizing skill. But these things depend on human, and there's a limitation of human's life. So if the person who owned and mastered the knowledge die, that would be the end of that knowledge too. That is why people invented wrtiting. But most of people at that time aren't aware of the future need. They hadn't see the future problem. But, look now, i communicate my thoughts about it through words. I never wish people read it, but if things happened that people may read my thoughts, that's okay also. What i'm sayin is there is no useless skills, so does useless generation.

Mocking another generation by degrading their skills are useless isn't wise. Yes, a generation nowadays have to master at least basic skill of life, they need to practice. But doesn't mean what they are doing rite now is something you can just say it useless. Kids who love gaming, they probably know that game they played is lacking off somewhat and probably can fix it one day. I almost never scolded my lil brother when he played online game, i scholded him when the game made him not praying or eating that cause him sick, and i told him, "if you really like gaming, why don't you create or develop your own game?"

Many people nowadays like to play games and mobile games is one of the things you can sell on the market, online market. They pay for that online games, their equipments, even sell the account with high level that not everyone can achieve. What is useless things when you can earn money? buy your own things, even for services. When people are lack of basics skills, some people with skill other that what people wants in these time, they can also sell their skills to people who need it. So, it's a win-win. Long time ago, people cook their own meal and for their fams, but now many people can not cook, yet have the money to buy food from outside. It's not a big deal.

The world change. We need to worry, yes, but also we need to face it bravely. I dont like many changes, but what else i can do? The world are moving around, everyone and everythings have to do the same, change! Move! Brace it!
